Wish Upon a Star

L
Today is my day, with friends, to show what I made for this blog hop.  Now, you might, at first glance, think I have the wrong hop...but, no.  Lol, I put together a tree skirt,  but it is a star.
I enjoy making this tree skirt, as the pieces are large, and it works up quickly.

  6. It's beautiful, Marjorie! As usual, your quilting played a starring role in your project. I like projects that go together quickly, but look like it took forever. Love your star! Thanks for playing along sweet lady. :O)

  7. Hi Marjorie,
It sure is a star and it looks great as a tree skirt. One of the best projects I've seen for this hop as the shape really lends itself a tree skirt. Happy Wednesday! ~smile~ Roseanne

  8. Great idea making this beautiful tree skirt in May. Can't wait to see what you make for the Christmas in July hop. Didn't realize you could use the rulers on a long arm. Great job.

  22. Good idea to make a tree skirt! I believe making something useful is a bonus when enrolling in these hops. I've never made a tree skirt, yet. Hmmm. I might have to change that. Thanks for the inspiration.
